Beeftro restaurant arrives at Dundrum Town Centre
Beeftro, a most exciting new steakhouse in Dublin, has officially opened its doors in Dundrum Town Centre. Beeftro uses specially designed and tailored ovens, delicious cuts of Irish prime beef matured to 30 days, all of which have been carefully selected by Beeftro’s very own dedicated stockmen. Head Chef, Ryan Bell, formerly of “Shanahan’s on the green” and the Beeftro team are without a doubt, onto a winning formula.
Beeftro chooses to do things differently. Diners are invited to choose their preferred beef cut with a selection of potato purée and sauces. The finest beef includes; ‘the classic top blade’, ‘New York Strip’, ‘Filet Mignon’, ‘Rib eye’, ‘Sirloin Rump’ and ‘Medallions of beef’ and specially created ‘Tomahawk’ for two persons sharing. Mouth-watering Potato purée flavours include ‘truffle’ & ‘bacon and crispy onion.’ Sauce options include ‘marrow melt and ‘smoked mushrooms’ to mention but a few.
The Beeftro Irish Black Angus gourmet beef burger offers include ‘the chili cheeseburger’, ‘bacon cheeseburger’ or ‘steak sandwich on sourdough bread’. A selection of fish and chicken light bites, salads and sides are also on the menu.
The stylish Parisian Beeftro décor consists of white tiled, red brick and Oak panelled walls with dark wood floors, round leather booth seating and soft lighting; which coalesces with great food and great service, making Beeftro a truly unique dining experience to remember.
